HCA schedules frontline staff with an AI system called Timpani, co-developed with Palantir. 1199SEIU's bargaining committee reports that it denies PTO, ignores stated preferences, changes shifts already agreed, and removes workers from the schedule with loss of wages - and that discipline is being issued off the back of it.
