ActionIQ is a New York customer data platform (CDP) — software that unifies a company's customer data so marketing teams can build audiences and orchestrate campaigns. Founded in 2014 by Tasso Argyros and Nitay Joffe, it grew into a well-funded enterprise CDP before being acquired by conversational-AI company Uniphore, which folded it into its 'Zero Data AI' platform. As a standalone employer it drew praise for flexibility, free lunches and unusually good health benefits, but reviewers also flagged office politics and, at times, unclear strategic direction — and its independent identity has now largely dissolved into Uniphore.
