Alto is a full-service digital pharmacy founded in San Francisco in 2015 by Jamie Karraker and Matt Gamache-Asselin, built to replace the traditional drugstore counter with prescription delivery, transparent pricing, and on-call pharmacists across roughly a dozen US metros. The team blends pharmacists, engineers, and care specialists. As of 2026 Alto has been folded into a parent company, Fuze Health: alto.com/careers now redirects there and current openings and benefits are posted under the Fuze Health brand, so anyone joining is stepping into an employer mid-rebrand.
