Calm is a consumer mental-health company built around its flagship meditation, sleep and mindfulness app (180M+ downloads, Apple's 2017 App of the Year), with a growing B2B arm, Calm Health, serving employers and health plans. It describes itself as a 'small and mighty team,' and the tone of the company is unsurprisingly wellness-forward. Honest caveats: it is a fairly small organization (~310 employees as of 2022) whose public hiring is thin, and its own careers pages give away almost nothing about the actual benefits package, so what you get beyond equity, 401k and flexible time off is hard to verify from outside.
