Schedule protectionUS rig-based crews (Floorman, Roustabout, Motorman, Derrickman): 12-hour days worked in hitches of 14 to 28 consecutive days, followed by 14 to 28 days off. Postings cover Odessa TX, Grand Junction CO, Dickinson ND, Oklahoma City OK, Barnesville OH and Tyler TX.
No experience neededFloorman is named as the entry-level rig position (Roustabout offshore entry-level). Published requirements: at least 18 years old, pass a post-offer physical, legal authorisation to work, basic ability to understand, speak, read and write English, basic computer skills. No high-school diploma and no driving licence is required in the posting; six months prior drilling experience is only required for NON-entry-level positions.
