Paid training	Nurse Assistant Apprenticeship: a 12-month programme of paid on-the-job training that ends with Henry Ford paying for the State of Michigan CNA exam. Apprentices work full-time (36-40 hours a week) on Henry Ford payroll from the start, beginning with two weeks at a partner training facility. Entry requirement is a high-school diploma or GED - no prior clinical credential. Scope: apprentices accepted into the MA programme, not all employees; general staff education is tuition reimbursement.
