A dependent child of an eligible employee gets a subsidy of 50% of the Indiana resident undergraduate rate, up to a bachelor's degree or 140 credit hours, whichever comes first. Employee eligibility is 75% FTE or greater appointed academic and STAFF employees. Spouses get a subsidy up to a dollar maximum at the Indiana resident undergraduate rate. Undergraduate subsidy is untaxed; graduate coursework for a spouse is taxed. |
