Justworks builds HR, payroll and benefits software for small businesses — and, fittingly for a company that sells benefits, its own package is genuinely strong: 16-week paid parental leave applied equally to all new parents, flexible PTO, a fully paid sabbatical at five years, Kindbody fertility access, and a deep wellness stack (One Medical, Teladoc, Wellhub, Headspace, Talkspace, plus two 'Oxygen Days' mental-health days). Day to day, people rate work-life balance highly and call the New York office beautiful. The recurring complaint in recent reviews is the top of the house: leadership is the lowest-rated dimension, several employees describe a shift toward 'do more with less' as the company eyes an IPO, and pay is often called below market.
