Bus operator training runs six to eight weeks at the El Monte Operations Central Instruction facility, typical hours 6am-2:30pm; train operator training runs 14 to 16 weeks in downtown LA, typical hours 5am-1pm. Bus trainees sit a written exam and road test during training to obtain the California Class B licence. No repayment or clawback clause is published. |
