| Hours a week to qualify | 20 hours a week qualifies any employee for medical, dental and vision. PTO accrues pro rata from the same 20-hour line (the published day counts assume a 40-hour schedule). Tuition assistance is NOT equal above and below the line: full-time employees get up to $5,250 a year, part-time employees get $2,625. Retirement credit uses a separate 1,000-hours-a-year test.
