Moveworks is a Mountain View AI company (founded 2016) that built an enterprise AI assistant / copilot which resolves employee IT, HR, and other internal requests through chat tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams. In December 2025 it was acquired by ServiceNow for about $2.9 billion and now runs as 'Moveworks from ServiceNow.' It is a relatively small org (~500 people) with a fast, execution-first engineering culture that describes its people as 'tireless builders' who 'build with urgency.' Honest caveat: as a just-integrated acquisition, day-to-day culture, pay, and benefits are in transition onto ServiceNow's programs, and the benefit specifics sit behind ServiceNow's internal portal rather than a public page.
