Peak is a Manchester-founded AI company (2015) building 'decision intelligence' / agentic AI software that helps retailers and manufacturers optimise inventory and pricing. Its careers pitch leans hard on shared ownership, a flat structure and open communication, and it runs global hubs in Manchester, Jaipur (India) and New York. In March 2025 Peak was acquired by UiPath, so the independent-startup culture it advertises now sits inside a much larger public software company.
