London
Tessl is an early-stage London startup building an 'agent enablement' / context layer for AI coding agents — a registry and governance layer where teams build, test, secure and version the skills their coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini) use. It was founded by Guy Podjarny, who previously founded and scaled the security company Snyk, and is backed by Index Ventures, GV, boldstart and Accel. Expect a fast, opinionated, in-person-leaning culture: its stated principles are 'Embrace the Pace', 'Build then Break', 'Grab a Shovel', 'Be AI Native' and 'Own It', and it mandates three anchor office days a week. As a young, venture-backed company its benefits are lean-but-solid (25 days holiday, options, private health, L&D budget) rather than big-tech lavish.
