| Degree paid upfront | BU Tuition Remission covers the EMPLOYEE, SPOUSE and DEPENDENT CHILDREN for BU courses and degree programmes - but only for REGULAR FULL-TIME employees on an appointment of nine months or more. The employee benefit starts the first semester on or after the hire date; spouse and dependent-child benefits start only after a service requirement, and only continuous full-time BU service counts toward it. Staff whose percentage time worked drops below the threshold lose the benefit. |
