| Degree paid upfront | Child of Employee tuition waiver (state statute 110 ILCS 305/7f): a 50 percent tuition waiver, excluding fees, for up to four years of undergraduate study at the University of Illinois. The child must be under 25. The employee must have held 50 percent or greater employment over a minimum of seven academic years at one or more Illinois senior public universities in a SURS-eligible role; the seven years need not be consecutive. Civil service (hourly) staff qualify on the same terms. |
