Degree paid upfront	Dependent Child Tuition Assistance: 100% of tuition if the staff member's child attends WashU, or up to 40% of WashU's tuition at any other accredited institution (50% for staff hired through 1 July 2006), for up to eight semesters toward a first bachelor's degree. The gate is SEVEN consecutive full-time years of service - or the equivalent number of PART-TIME years, and part-time employees get half the full-time benefit amount rather than nothing. WashU Community Specialists are excluded.
