It coined the 'ZEO' (Zuora Employee Owner) framing and leans hard on ownership language and ERGs. The honest caveat: Zuora was taken private by Silver Lake and GIC in February 2025 for about $1.7B, so it is no longer a public company, and the equity/ESPP picture that its careers page still advertises should be treated with skepticism.
